NCP leader, Nawab Malik took to Twitter on Wednesday and shared two videos, wherein Manish Bhanushali and Kiran P. Gosavi were seen entering the NCB office in one and leaving the office in the second video.
Refuting the claims and allegations by the Maharashtra Minister and NCP leader, Nawab Malik, as baseless, Manish Bhanushali said that “NCP leader Nawab Malik has put wrong allegations against me. BJP has nothing to do with arrests. I received information on October 1 that a drugs party was to be held. I was with NCB officers at the ship for updated information.”
Manish Bhanushali, who was donning a maroon shirt is a Bhartiya Janta Party worker. He was seen dragging out Arbaaz Seth Merchant out of the International Cruise Terminal late on Saturday. However, he has clarified that he does not owe any official position in the party.
“I don’t have any official position in BJP. I gave this information as being an active citizen of the country. I got to know that last month one of Nawab Malik’s relatives was held by NCB in a drug case”, Bhanushali added.
Soughting security for him and his family, Bhanushali further said that “I will file a defamation case against Nawab Malik. He has put my life in danger. I will request authority to provide me security.”
On Wednesday, the senior NCP leader alleged that two private people including the BJP vice president were involved in the NCB raid Mumbai cruise on October 2.
He slammed the “fraud” NCB operations, which involves BJP leader Manish Bhanushali and private detective Kiran P. Gosavi, who were seen dragging out Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant.
The minister said that “Aryan Khan’s arrest is a forgery. For the last one month, the information was being circulated to crime reporters that the next target is actor Shah Rukh Khan.”
However, the BJP has not yet responded to Nawab Malik’s allegations.
