An inquiry into allegations on Nirman School, Vasna presenting forged documents for CBSE affiliation is accurate based on the report by the District Education Officer (DEO) of Ahmedabad Hitendrasinh Padheria.
In his report submitted to the Gujarat education department, Padheria has said that the school management did not have Gujarat board school documents, which pointed at the forging of documents.
DEO, in his report, stated the school management failed to present documents for Shree VR Shah Memory Adarsh Primary School (English medium) from the year 1999 to 2014, based on which they sought CBSE affiliation.
The school was also not found in the year 2013-14 portal of UDICE, suggesting that it wasn’t functioning at the time, which proved that the allegations raised were true.
NSUI’s Subhan Saiyad, said that as per rule, any school wishing to have CBSE affiliation needs to have been a Gujarat board school. “Nirman school management showed (itself as) Gujarat board school to get CBSE affiliation, and the Gujarat board school is non-existent.” he said. Subhan added that this shows the level of forgery committed by the school.
