Pilot Day was observed on Thursday in various centres of Gujarat by life-saving services integrated by GVK EMRI. Vehicle drivers (pilot, captain and driver) including six from Vadodara were honoured to mark this special day.
In addition to Vadodara in central Gujarat, personnel from Anand, Aravalli, Dahod, Kheda, Mahisagar and Panchmahal districts were honoured at the GMERS Hospital.
Province Officer Dakshesh Makwana lauded the dedicated services of these people for their punctuality. These people provide health care on the spot. During the COVID pandemic, they risked their lives to reach out to those in distress.
