Gujarat’s election campaign has picked up steam since Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke at a gathering of the general public in Mehsana. PM Modi slammed the Congress party, saying, “In our country, Congress is the party that has run the governments at the center and in the states for the longest time.” However, Congress has developed a new model for its governments. The Congress model is defined by billions of dollars in corruption, nepotism, dynasty, casteism, and other practices.”
The prime minister stated while campaigning for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Mehsana that our government has made significant efforts to address the state’s water and electricity woes, which were previously used by the opposition to corner the government. “Twenty years ago, there were few women in the dairy industry.” Today, this participation has skyrocketed. He added. “The development that has occurred in Gujarat’s dairy sector has also aided in addressing the challenge of malnutrition”
“The BJP government laid 8000 km of a transmission line across Gujarat, added thousands of new transformers, 100s of new substations, and 20 lakh new electricity poles,” he said during his speech. In 20 years, power connections increased from 55 lakh to over 2 crore, and agricultural power connections increased from 5 lakh to 20 lakh.”
PM Modi stated that “Mehsana will be the epicenter of a new revolution in electric vehicles and battery manufacturing.” EV and EV battery manufacturing will take place from Viramgam to Mehsana.”
