PM Modi To Inaugurate New Circuit House In Gujarat’s Somnath

PM Narendra Modi will be inaugurating the new Circuit House near Somnath Temple, Gujarat on Friday, January 21, 2022, at 11 am. This inauguration will happen virtually via video call, according to the official statement. The sacred Somnath Temple is one of the twelve jyotirlingas which is visited by lakhs of devotees from India and abroad every year.

‘The need for the new Circuit House was felt as the existing government facility was located far off from the temple,’ the PMO said.

The new Circuit House is located near the Somnath Temple, over a sum of Rs, 30 crores have been spent for the construction of this project. The circuit house is well-equipped with top-class facilities like suites, VIP and deluxe rooms, conference room, auditorium hall etc.

The landscaping has been done in such a manner that a sea view is available from every room, according to the official statement.

Following the inauguration, the PM will also deliver an address regarding the occasion.
