RRR, SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus, shattered the filmmaker’s previous record for the greatest first-day opening, which he set with Baahubali: The Conclusion. According to trade expert Taran Adarsh, the film earned Rs 223 crore worldwide on its first day of release, with Rs 156 crore coming from India, Rs 42 crore from Canada and the United States, and Rs 25 crore from other overseas regions.

Taran also provided a breakdown of the movie’s box office profits. RRR earned Rs 75 crore in Andhra Pradesh, Rs 27.5 crore in the Nizam region, Rs 25 crore in North India, and Rs 14.5 crore in Karnataka, according to him. In comparison, Baahubali 2 grossed Rs 217 crore worldwide on its first day.

According to distributor Sarigami Cinemas, RRR has grossed $ 4.5 million (about Rs 34.3 crore) in the United States, and SS Rajamouli’s masterpiece is expected to earn $ 12-15 million throughout the weekend.
After the film’s release, RRR star Jr NTR sent a message to his followers on social media, thanking them for their support and affection, “Thank You, each and every one, for your unwavering love. Your love, admiration and support is what keeps me going… Enjoy the visual spectacle that is #RRRMovie,” he tweeted.
It is a Telugu film directed by SS Rajamouli and co-written by KV Vijayendra Prasad. The film is based on the fictional account of Indian revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR) who faced the British Raj and the Nizam of Hyderabad. Critics and audiences all over the world have praised the film.
