S.S. Rajamouli’s father Vijayendra Prasad, is the name behind blockbuster scripts such as Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Baahubali and the recent RRR. In a candid chat with mediapersons, the veteran story writer hinted at the possibility of sequel to the Ram Charan and Jr NTR RRR.
“When I started thinking about a possible sequel, some thoughts did come. If God is willing, that may happen later,” the author added.
Vijayendra Prasad, who spoke about various facets of cinema, also addressed the contentious issue of Ram Charan’s prominence in RRR at the cost of Jr NTR being sidelined.
“NTR is currently basking in the glory of RRR‘s achievements. He has stated that this is his best performance in his career. There is no truth to the rumours that NTR was given less preference, despite the fact that he received one of the best, most emotive songs in the film.”
“Let the stars enjoy their success,” the Baahubali writer stated, adding: “Please do not project your insecurities or personal objectives onto them.”
