These heart-wrenching lines were posted by 23-year-old model Anjali Varmora in the final hours before she ended her life. The messages, attached to Instagram reels, now read like desperate cries from a soul on the brink—raw, vulnerable, and tragically ignored.
Anjali was found hanging in her Surat residence.
According to reports, she was working with a modeling agency called Revenue Model Casting, and had been active in both Surat and Ahmedabad.
The cryptic nature of her last two posts has stunned followers and investigators alike. Behind the curated beauty and influencer glow, something darker had taken root—a loneliness, perhaps, or a breaking point no one saw coming.
Anjali wasn’t just another face on social media. With 37,000 followers on Instagram, she was a familiar presence, regularly sharing engaging reels. But even with the digital affection of thousands, she was evidently carrying a weight too heavy to bear.
The incident occurred around 2 am on Saturday night, leaving her family shocked. The Athwa police sent her body to the Civil Hospital for post-mortem.
This is the third recent cases of suicide by models in Surat. Nineteen-year-old Sukhpreet Kaur, a model from Madhya Pradesh, also died by suicide in the Saroli area of Surat on May 2.
In February 2024, model Tanya Bhawani Shinde hung herself in Vesu.
