As a result of cyclonic circulation due to the western disturbance, Ahmedabad has been experiencing strong winds for the past two days. Some parts of Gujarat even witnessed light showers. The Indian Meteorological Department on Saturday stated that the state is likely to witness a fall in temperature from Sunday as the cyclonic circulation has started dispelling.
Ahmedabad is likely to experience a fall of 4 to 6 degrees during the next three days with no major change during the following two days. The city might experience a minimum of 14 degrees Celsius on Sunday, stated the IMD.
Rajkot, Junagadh, Jamnagar, Patan, Porbandar, Devbhoomi Dwarka and parts of Kutch received strong winds on Saturday. Apart from this, parts of some districts in the state received rainfall of up to 9 mm rainfall.
