Those who make empty speeches should be sent to BJP: Rahul Gandhi

| Updated: February 26, 2022 19:45

Rahul Gandhi aggressively targeted the Modi government, Gujarat model and Congress leaders on the second day of the Chintan Shivir organized in Devbhoomi Dwarka. He made it clear that “we do not need to join anyone’s hands and feet, those who work will come forward, those who do not work, put them aside.”

Rahul Gandhi stated that there are two types of people in the party. One, who actually work. These people will show the way to Gujarat in future. On the other hand, there are people who create trouble, enjoy sitting in AC cabins and give long speeches. He further said that there is a need to differentiate between who works in Congress and who speaks. “Pack such people and send them to BJP.”

Rahul Gandhi was welcomed by Gujarat Congress in-charge Raghu Sharma, President Jagdish Thakor, Leader of Opposition Sukhram Rathwa and the state leadership. He took blessings of Lord Krishna at Dwarkadhish temple.

Strengthening the relations of Congress with Gujarat, Rahul Gandhi said that Congress itself was born from Gujarat. Gandhi, Sardar, Nehru are our pride. “Whenever I come to Gujarat, I feel very happy. There is something to be learned from Gujarat. Gujaratis have something unique in them.”

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said that there is no problem in this election. We have won this election. The problem is that you (the Congress leader) cannot accept it. You are fighting here so there is a lack of confidence. Targeting the table leader of Congress, he said that those who fight, keep those who only give speeches, send them to BJP.
