In a major development in King Khan’s son Aryan Khan drug case, Prabhakar Sail – who claims to be a witness and a personal bodyguard of KP Gosavi – has stated in a notarised affidavit that he overheard a conversation between KP Gosavi and someone named Sam D’souza talking about Rs 18 crore deal between them.
He has stated that he overheard KP Gosavi and Sam D’Souza say that “you put a bomb of Rs 25 crores, let’s settle for Rs 18 crores and give 8 crores to NCB senior officer, Sameer Wankhede. He also stated that he had received the cash from KP Gosavi and handed it over to Sam D’Souza. Although Sameer Wankhede has denied any such misconduct saying that he would give “a fitting reply”.
He had seen Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani talking to KP Gosavi. Later he was asked by Gosavi to collect Rs 50 lakh cash and said he collected two bags of cash and handed it over to Gosavi, Prabhakar Sail has further mentioned in his affidavit.
He has also alleged that Gosavi is missing and NCB officials “may kill or abduct” him like Gosavi. He feels his life and liberty in danger, which is why he filed the affidavit.
Prabhakar Sail is named as witnessed in October 6 press release issued by the agency. He has mentioned in his affidavit that he was called to the NCB office and Sameer Wankhede asked him to sign as a witness of the Mumbai cruise drug case and his signs were taken on 10 different blank papers.
KP Gosavi is said to be a private investigator whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral.
