Prashant Kishor has declined an offer to join the Congress, according to party leader Randeep Singh Surjewala on Tuesday, April 26. This comes amid speculation about Kishor’s numerous meetings with Congress top brass in recent days.
Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala said in a tweet that Kishor has declined to join the party.
Prashant Kishor replied on twitter that, “I declined the generous offer of Congress to join the party as part of the EAG & take responsibility for the elections. In my humble opinion, more than me the party needs leadership and collective will to fix the deep rooted structural problems through transformational reforms.
