The secretariat of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Department of Personnel and Training has made the reshuffle of IAS (1986-1989 batch) at the secretary level in Government of India. The reshuffle involves 13 Secretary and upgradation of nine Special Secretary.
