CJP Founder Abhijeet Dipke Slapped Multiple Times During A protest In Jaipur, Two Youths Detained

| Updated: June 15, 2026 20:50

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke was slapped by some people while he was being carried on the shoulders of his supporters during a protest in Jaipur on Monday.

The protest took place at Shaheed Smarak, where a large number of young people had gathered to raise their voices against the alleged NEET paper leak, unemployment, and other issues affecting students and youth.

According to police and eyewitnesses, Dipke was moving through the crowd when a few youths slapped him. Videos of the incident later circulated on social media.

After the incident, Dipke’s supporters caught the accused youths and assaulted them before the police stepped in to control the situation. Police later detained two youths in connection with the incident, and an investigation is currently underway.

The demonstration was organised by the CJP as part of its campaign demanding action against alleged examination irregularities, paper leaks, and rising unemployment. Protesters carried placards, raised slogans against corruption, and called for accountability in the education system.

During the protest, some participants also demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the controversy surrounding the NEET examination.

Party organisers said similar protests have been held in other cities and that they will continue their campaign seeking stronger safeguards against examination irregularities and better opportunities for young people.
