Police investigating the brutal murder of a UPSC aspirant in Delhi’s Timarpur area have unveiled the chilling modus operandi of the accused, his 21-year-old live-in partner. A BSc forensic science student, the woman allegedly leveraged her academic knowledge and a fascination with crime shows to meticulously plan the murder and deliberately stage the crime scene as an accident.
The elaborate plot, executed on October 6, was reportedly driven by revenge after the victim allegedly created and refused to delete obscene videos of the accused.
The Motive: Revenge for Blackmail
The investigation confirmed that the relationship between the victim and the accused, which began in May this year, rapidly deteriorated.
- Discovery and Refusal: The breaking point came when the woman discovered her partner had recorded obscene videos of her. When she confronted him and demanded he delete the content, he allegedly refused and sought to humiliate her, leading the accused to feel “trapped and angry.”
- Conspiracy: Fueled by rage, the student reportedly confided in her ex-boyfriend. The two, along with another associate, allegedly conspired to not only kill the victim but also to ensure all evidence was completely destroyed.
