In the run-up to Vibrant Gujarat, the State Government on every Monday is signing MoUs with Business houses and institutes of importance. This week the Government signed 39 MoUs in a run-up to the Summit, with this total tally of MoUs signed before the Mega event has gone up to 135.
Seven of the total MoUs are of strategic importance, as they focus on Research and Training for Forensic Science, Skill Development programs for engineering students, research in Ayurveda and Homeopathic and on improving Mental and Physical Health of police officials.
MoUs were signed in presence of Minister of Education and Science and Technology Jitu Vaghani and MoS, Industries Jagdish Vishwakarma and Additional Chief Secretary Rajivkumar Gupta.
Swarnim Startup and Innovation University signed MoUs for Research and Innovation Center for Sustainable Energy and Technology Research while Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology signed MoU for the training and skill development of the engineering students.
