Marvel, known for leaving its fan wanting for more, has a piece of big news for Bollywood buffs and King Khan fans.
In their upcoming show, the fictional character Ms. Marvel, played by Iman Vellani, is an immense fan of Shah Rukh Khan. The thrilling series, Ms. Marvel, tells the story of Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American teenager growing up in New Jersey. Kamala, a superhero at night, daydreams about Shah Rukh Khan and letting out the desi roots of flattering over Bollywood.
The writer of Ms. Marvel, Sana Amanat, responded by asking if fans should seek a SRK cameo, “If Shah Rukh Khan wants to be in this show, we will reshoot it!” Other writers, Billal Fallah and Adil El Arbi have also portrayed their interest in casting SRK in the Bad Boy’s remake.
Sana connects to the story as she grew up in Jersey with a Pakistani background. Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, and Matt Lintz will be in crucial roles in Ms. Marvel. Indian actors, like Fawad Khan and Farhan Akhtar, also have a cameo in the show.
The six-episode series will debut on Disney+ on June 8, where the character of Kamala will unite with Ms. Marvel.
