Out Of Hospital And With Family At Home, Shares Jeremy Renner

| Updated: January 18, 2023 13:47

After being released from the hospital, Jeremy Renner has returned home to finish his recovery after a serious snowplough injury.

In a tweet on January 16, 2023, the ‘Hawkeye’ actor verified the information and assured fans he was “extremely pleased” to watch the season premiere of his Paramount+ series Mayor of Kingstown at home.

Renner tweeted, “Outside my brain fog in recovery, I was very excited to watch episode 201 with my family at home,” in response to the announcement that the Season 2 opener is now streamable.

Renner was admitted to the hospital on New Year’s Day after a catastrophic incident involving a PistenBully weighing at least 14,330 pounds.

At the time, the actor’s agents disclosed that Renner had experienced acute chest damage, and orthopaedic injuries, and was in a critical but stable condition following surgery. “Renner was moving snow from his driveway so that his family members could depart his home after ringing in the new year together,” his manager said.

“He was also helping clear out the snow of his neighbour’s home as everyone up there had been without power for 24 hours, and there had been a large snowfall.”

Renner is aware of the severity of his wounds and that it would take a long time for him to fully recover; according to friends, it may be up to two years.
