The romantic film “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon has made an impressive start at the box office, earning ₹6.7 crore on its opening day in India. The report comes from sources, projecting promising prospects for the film, especially during Valentine’s Week 2024.

According to Sacnilk.com, “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 14.92 percent on Friday. The morning shows saw an occupancy of 8.8 percent, followed by 11.79 percent in the afternoon. The evening and night shows witnessed a higher turnout, with occupancies of 13.62 percent and 25.46 percent, respectively.

The movie delves into the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with an intriguing storyline of an improbable love affair. Shahid Kapoor portrays a scientist who creates a robot capable of emotions, ultimately leading to a union with Kriti Sanon’s character, Sifra, a highly intelligent female robot.

Penned and directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar. Alongside Kapoor and Sanon, the film features veteran actor Dharmendra. It hit theaters on February 9.

However, the Hindustan Times review of the film portrays a different perspective, labeling it as a lackluster endeavor that relies heavily on the attractiveness of its lead actors. The review suggests that the film’s saving grace might be its song and dance sequences, providing some entertainment value for audiences.
