In a round of reshuffles on Tuesday, December 20, Mona Khandhar, IAS, of the Gujarat 1996 cadre, is the new Principal Secretary to the Government in the Finance Department (Economic Affairs).
She is also in charge of various committees formed by the Department of Industries and Mines for the G-20 Summit, which will be held in Gujarat.
Milind Toravane, IAS, Gujarat 2000 cadre, Secretary to Government, Department of Finance (Economic Affairs), Secretariat, Gandhinagar, with additional charge of the post of Chief Commissioner of State Taxes (Ahmedabad), has been transferred as Chief Commissioner of State Taxes, Ahmedabad.
