Five women and Six men got stranded for hours as their cable car got stuck in the Parvanu Timber trail in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. Solan Police Chief, Virendra Sharma shared that another cable car was sent to the rescue of the eleven commuters, a six-hour mission that ended successfully.
Chief Minister Jairam Thakur arrived at the spot as soon as he received the information, and he spoke to all the tourists, who had traveled from Delhi. While in a conversation with the reporters, he revealed that Union Home Minister Amit Shah had discussed this issue on the phone with him and had sent an NDRF team, along with a helicopter that was kept on standby.
