The regional passport office in Ahmedabad has organised a camp on Saturday to help applicants finish their unfinished applications. All applicants who applied between January 1 and June 30, 2022, may attend the programme.
According to Regional Passport Officer Wren Mishra, candidates who submitted their applications in 2022 but are still pending for various reasons are welcome to join the ‘Amrut Samadhan Camp.’ The passport office has scheduled it for Saturday at the Gulbai Tekra office in Ahmedabad.
Mishra stated that applicants who filed their applications at the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) Rajkot or any PSKs or post offices are welcome to attend the camp between 10 AM and 1 PM. They should come with their file numbers, required documentation, and photo identification proof.
In addition, the applicants who submitted their application form PSK Ahmedabad or PSK Vadodara can attend the camp between 2 PM and 5 PM. Further, Mishra said the camp entry is open to all applicants, and there is no need for prior permission or appointment.
He further said that RPO Ahmedabad put several efforts into facilitating passport applicants. In 2021, the officer of RPO Ahmedabad was working in the office on one closed holiday every month.
