Domestic LPG Cylinder Price Hiked To Rs 1,103

| Updated: March 1, 2023 13:06

With effect from March 1, 2023, the cost of a domestic 14.2 kg LPG cylinder has increased by Rs 50. A 19 kg commercial cylinder now costs Rs 350.5, which is more than before.

The domestic cylinder in Delhi will now cost Rs 1,103. The commercial, on the other hand, will cost Rs 2,119.5. Price increases for LPG cylinders have occurred twice since January 1. The cost of a gas cylinder increased by Rs 25 per unit from January 1.

State-to-state variations in home gas cylinder costs are caused by local taxes. Typically, prices are altered on the first of each month. Also, a household has the right to 12 domestic cylinders at discounted prices, per year. They are required to pay more for additional purchases.
