Rajasthan’s Nandini Gupta Crowned Femina Miss India 2023

Nandini Gupta, a 19-year-old from Kota, Rajasthan, has been crowned Femina Miss India 2023. Delhi’s Poonja and Thounaojam Strela Luwang of Manipur, were the first and second runners-up in the prestigious beauty contest, respectively.

At the 59th edition of India’s prestigious beauty pageant, Nandini was crowned India’s new beauty queen. The Indoor Stadium at Khuman Lampak, Imphal, Manipur, hosted the gala ceremony.

We’re so proud and can’t wait to see her on the Miss World stage! We’re so proud of your journey and all the hard work you’ve undertaken to earn the crown to your full credit. May you shine always! Ladies and gentlemen, welcome your new reigning queen, Nandini Gupta, Femina Miss India World 2023,” read the post shared on the official website of Femina Miss India.

Nandini is both a model and a holder of a business management degree. A star-studded event, the grand finale ceremony on April 15 featured performances by celebrities including Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Pandey. Maniesh Paul and Bhumi Pednekar were the event’s hosts.

Distinguished designers Rocky Star and Namrata Joshipura, boxing legend Laishram Sarita Devi, ace choreographer Terence Lewis,  film director and writer Harshavardhan Kulkarni, and Femina Miss India Universe 2002 and Mentor Neha Dhupia, were on the panel of judges that determined the state winners.
