The Russian Government has announced a ceasefire and their forces will stop firing to allow humanitarian corridors out of the Ukrainian cities of Mariupol and Volnovakha.
This step by the Russian government will allow the people to cross the blockade created by Russian troops around the port city of Ukraine Mariupol. While creating this blockade to Mariupol for days, Russian forces have shut down the electricity of the entire city and have stopped the supply of food and water
Mayor of the city Mariupol Boychenko recently said “For now, we are looking for the solutions to humanitarian problems and all possible ways to get Mariupol out of the blockade”on a telegram message.
The news of the ceasefire has surely brought along a sigh of relief.
