Delhi To Host Biggest Shopping Festival Of India In 2023

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal today announced that the state would be hosting the ‘Delhi Shopping Festival’ from January 28 to February 26 next year. This event will be the biggest shopping festival in the country, he said. The event will have guests from all over the country as well as from many other countries. These guests will be able to experience Delhi through its food, culture, and shopping. Kejriwal said that this event will create thousands of jobs, open up new business opportunities and boost economy.

Addressing a press conference, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo said, “It will be the biggest shopping festival in India and we will make it the biggest in the world in the coming years. Delhi will be decked up as a bride and significant discounts will be offered on products.”

The shopping event will have special opening and closing ceremonies as well as 200 concerts for the guests. It will also hold exhibitions and events on spirituality, health and wellness, gaming, and other entertainment fields. Furthermore, special food walks will be held that will see the participation of national and international restaurants.

Kejriwal also said that they were in talks with the hotels and airlines so that they can offer special packages to people flying into the capital specifically for the shopping festival.
