PM Modi To Distribute 71,000 Job Letters On Friday

| Updated: January 19, 2023 17:41

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address about 71,000 newly hired employees in various government departments and organisations and distribute appointment letters via video conferencing on Friday.

It is a part of the “Rozgar Mela” initiative, which he introduced last year with the goal of hiring 10 lakh people. According to the PMO, it is a step towards fulfilling Modi’s pledge to give employment creation first priority.

The “Rozgar Mela” is anticipated to serve as a catalyst for increased job creation and give young people worthwhile possibilities for empowerment and involvement in national development as it was said.

The new hires, who were chosen from across the nation, will work in a variety of positions for the central government, including teachers, nurses, doctors, social security officers, junior accountants, loco pilots, technicians, inspectors, sub-inspectors, constables, stenographers, junior accountants, grameen dak sevak, and income tax inspectors.

During the session, the experience of recently hired officials in learning from the “Karmayogi Prarambh” module will also be discussed. According to the statement, the module serves as an online orientation training for all new hires in different government ministries.
